Juggalo; adjective; a fan of the Insane Clown Posse 'ICP' and/or the artists of Psychopathic Records. Origin: In 1994, the EP Beverly Kills, released by Psychopathic Records and the Insane Clown Posse, was released. On the song "Chop Chop!" featuring long time friend of ICP Esham The Unholy, Esham says the word Juggalo. This was infered by the fans of ICP to be the word describing a devout fan of the group itself.
